PT Abadi Sentosa Abadi is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the efficiency of our operations. As an HSE Officer, you will play a key role in implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE practices and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal and recycling programs.,Collaborate with management to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of business operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the oil and gas, manufacturing, or construction industry.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
