📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and drive overall organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience in managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
