📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct data analysis using Minitab and Power BI to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
• Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Lean Six Sigma training and workshops for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with production teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Utilize Kaizen and 5S methodologies to improve workplace organization and productivity.
• Work with suppliers to improve quality and reduce lead times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proficient in using Minitab and Power BI for data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
