Business Development & Operation Lead (Mandarin Bilingual)

Funtomato Consultancy is a rapidly growing F&B franchise consultancy with a mission to expand and support high-quality food and beverage businesses across Indonesia. As a Business Development & Operation Lead (Mandarin Bilingual) in Jakarta Raya, you will lead our efforts to build and manage our franchise network, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to identify, attract, and onboard new franchise partners, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of existing locations. You will work closely with regional managers, local partners, and our corporate office to ensure that all Funtomato locations adhere to our brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a salary range of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per month, this is a chance to make a significant impact in the F&B industry while growing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the Funtomato franchise network across Indonesia.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing franchise locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, regional managers, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
• Manage and train local staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Mandarin fluency to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, including corporate partners and local communities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the corporate office.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to attract new franchise partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, franchise management, or a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully expanding and managing franchise networks.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Experience with franchise management software such as FranConnect or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
