📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage biotechnology research projects from inception to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative biotech solutions.
• Oversee the development and execution of research protocols, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of biotech researchers, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new knowledge into research strategies.
• Represent BioNusantara Innovations at industry conferences and events, showcasing our work and fostering partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all research activities are conducted in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in biotechnology research, with a proven track record of leading innovative projects.
• Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, or biochemistry, with a deep understanding of biotech applications.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor research teams, driving them to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including PCR machines, gel electrophoresis systems, and bioinformatics tools like GenBank and BLAST.
• Certification in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for biotech products in Indonesia and other relevant regions.
