📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to understand and document features and functionalities.,Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Work with developers and engineers to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Ensure that all technical documentation meets quality standards and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
