📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the implementation of community programs and projects aimed at improving the quality of life for residents in Canggu.,Provide direct support to individuals and families in need, including but not limited to, housing assistance, food security, and access to essential services.,Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to identify and address the social needs of the community.,Conduct outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness about available resources and services.,Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program outcomes to ensure effective program management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to support community impact.,Assist in the organization and coordination of community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging and connection.,Provide information and referrals to clients on available resources and support services in the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social work or a related field, preferably in a community-based or non-profit setting.,Strong understanding of social work principles, practices, and ethical standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture, society, and community dynamics is a plus.,Familiarity with community development, outreach, and program implementation is desirable.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
