📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers.,Handle and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems through the service desk system.,Document and track all service requests and incidents accurately.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the service desk.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide better support.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.,Assist in the improvement of service desk processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of IT service management concepts and tools.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with English, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL knowledge is a plus.Experience with service desk tools like ServiceNowJira Service Managementor similar is a plus.Basic knowledge of networking and system administration is a plus.
