🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing and supplier management, with a track record of success in driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems, as well as experience with data analysis tools.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior staff members.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
