📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the outlet's budget, including staffing, inventory, and operational costs.,Train and develop the sales and service team to meet company standards and goals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular audits of the outlet to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
