📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure high standards of care.,Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous professional development and education.,Manage and coordinate patient admissions and discharges.,Provide emergency care and respond to critical situations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Senior Nurse or equivalent qualification.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
