📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and recover overdue loans from various sources, including personal contacts, business partners, and third-party agencies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and report on collection performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and risk management, to ensure a seamless collection process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, addressing their concerns and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and optimize collection strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior collection officers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management and collections processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards relevant to collections.
