We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior / Assistant Manager to join our team as an Internal Assessor for our Standards & Policies department. This is a 2-year contract position based in Denpasar, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare standards and policies, and a proven track record of ensuring compliance and quality assurance within the hospital. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with healthcare standards and policies.,Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Provide guidance and support to staff on healthcare standards and policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit findings and corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or internal auditing.,Certification in healthcare standards and policies (e.g., ISO, Joint Commission International).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
