📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, service standards, and company policies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to support the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as relevant certifications.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
