Hokian Anggi Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and drive sales growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
