Home Hub Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online shoppers.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Assist with the setup and organization of products in the online store.,Process online orders and ensure timely delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the online shopping experience.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.,Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Proficient in using computer and office software.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
