Indonesia Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Sanur, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Facilitate performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Oversee employee engagement initiatives and surveys to improve workplace satisfaction.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to implement continuous improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
