Bright Home Group is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with management to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Experience with remote work is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
