📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
