📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
