In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet our quality standards.,Inspecting products for defects, damages, and discrepancies in packaging and labeling.,Maintaining accurate records of quality control inspections and reporting any issues to the relevant departments.,Collaborating with the procurement and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Conducting regular quality audits to assess the overall quality of our products and processes.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and production processes.,Assisting in training and mentoring new employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role in a retail or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.,Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and report quality issues accurately.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
