📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet our quality and cost requirements.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor and manage the procurement process, from request to delivery, to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely manner.,Stay informed about market trends and developments to ensure that our procurement practices are up-to-date and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and supplier management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
