📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order processing lifecycle, from order intake to delivery, using our in-house system and third-party platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Monitor and analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order management and logistics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or order management, preferably in a technology or e-commerce company.
• Proficient in using SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
