Daily, you’ll be responsible for efficiently managing your route, ensuring packages are delivered on time and in perfect condition. You’ll use our proprietary tracking system to update delivery statuses, and you’ll maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both senders and recipients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver packages efficiently and safely using motorcycles, adhering to strict time constraints.
• Update delivery statuses in real-time using our proprietary tracking system.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both senders and recipients.
• Maintain a high level of vehicle and personal safety, following all safety protocols.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve delivery routes and efficiency.
• Keep your motorcycle in optimal condition, ensuring it meets all safety and performance standards.
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during deliveries, ensuring minimal disruption to the service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a motorcycle courier or similar delivery role.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the Denpasar and Klungkung areas, including local traffic patterns and shortcuts.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian.
• Familiarity with our proprietary tracking system and other logistics software.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 10 kg.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
