📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate material plans using SAP and JDA software.
• Forecast material requirements and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze production schedules and demand patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement lean inventory practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in material planning or a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and JDA software, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
