📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to logistics staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
