📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing server operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of servers to maintain exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring and reporting on server performance and service metrics.
  • Participating in staff training and development initiatives.
  • Ensuring a clean and well-maintained dining area.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
