📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our brand and products.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
