📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design and construction of restaurant projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on food service or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
