📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office including administrative tasks, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.,Manage and supervise the GA staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.,Handle office security, including access control and visitor management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and communication.,Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene standards.,Manage office budgets and ensure financial compliance.,Organize and schedule office events, meetings, and other activities.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or office environment.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
