As a Lead Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, managing a team of store assistants, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train new store assistants and provide ongoing training to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers within the store.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Report to the Store Manager on a regular basis to provide updates on store performance and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record in leadership and management.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
