Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and develop key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and improve sales performance.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
