Seed Bold Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a high-priority role due to the urgent need for a dedicated professional to take on this crucial position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and trends.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of managing and growing key client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
