📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files,Conduct employee orientation and training programs,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation,Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
