Sehati Gilang Health Center is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead HR training and development programs,Coordinate with senior management on HR strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with health and wellness industry is a plus
