📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their stay is comfortable and smooth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required by the manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
