In this role, you will work closely with local governments, civil society organizations, and community leaders to design and implement participatory democracy projects. Utilizing tools like SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, and Microsoft Teams, you will gather and analyze data to inform your strategies. Your daily tasks will include coordinating workshops, training sessions, and public consultations to engage the community effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance participatory democracy and civic engagement in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and public consultations to engage communities.
• Utilize data analytics tools to gather and interpret feedback, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with local governments and civil society organizations to align initiatives with regional development goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of participatory democracy programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Represent the organization at national and international conferences to advocate for democratic governance.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in democratic governance, civic engagement, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of participatory democracy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Excel, SPSS, and Tableau.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
