📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and equipment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.
