📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems like Oracle Retail or similar.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit payments, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking products and ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and data privacy laws.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and special offers to customers.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in sales or inventory levels to the store manager.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems and cash register software.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and local customs is a plus.
