As an Assistant Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and helping to achieve our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote products and participate in sales activities to drive revenue.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Support the store manager in any additional tasks or projects.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
