📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports and presentations.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related documentation and records.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
