📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents and records.,Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.,Handle vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.,Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.,Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with other departments.,Participate in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
