📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address developmental challenges in preschool-aged children.
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure optimal developmental outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and parents on implementing effective educational strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Certification as an Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early intervention and working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
