📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct data analysis using Minitab and Power BI to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma training and workshops for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with production teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Utilize Kaizen and 5S methodologies to improve workplace organization and productivity.
- Work with suppliers to improve quality and reduce lead times.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Proficient in using Minitab and Power BI for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
